Job description

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Department, including both Technical and Systems Teams

• Lead and supervise the Technical Team in handling computer hardware, networking, CCTV, servers, printers, and other IT equipment

• Lead and supervise the Systems Team in the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of company systems and software applications

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, network devices, CCTV equipment, and other technical systems

• Manage and monitor the company's CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system improvements

• Oversee network infrastructure, internet connectivity, servers, Wi-Fi, LAN, and other IT infrastructure

• Develop, modify, maintain, and improve internal systems, software applications, databases, and automation solutions based on business requirements

• Ensure that all IT systems, hardware, software, and infrastructure are properly maintained and operational

• Manage user accounts, system access, software installation, configuration, updates, and IT security requirements

• Oversee data backup, system recovery, cybersecurity, and data protection measures

• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, CCTV systems, network infrastructure, software, system documentation, maintenance activities, and project records

• Establish and implement IT policies, procedures, standards, and security controls

• Monitor the performance of both Technical and Systems Teams and provide guidance, training, and technical direction

• Ensure timely resolution of IT concerns and provide escalation support for complex technical and system-related issues

• Perform other IT-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• At least 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance

• Knowledge and experience in CCTV installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance

• Good understanding of computer networking, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, servers, and internet connectivity

• Knowledge of software applications, database management, system administration, and system troubleshooting

• Experience in system development or programming and the ability to create, modify, or oversee the development of company systems is highly preferred
