Simplex Industrial Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations, lead the Technical and Systems Teams, and ensure reliable hardware, network connectivity, CCTV, servers, and software are maintained and improved. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, system development oversight, and security controls.

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Department, including both Technical and Systems Teams
Lead and supervise the Technical Team in handling computer hardware, networking, CCTV, servers, printers, and other IT equipment
Lead and supervise the Systems Team in the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of company systems and software applications
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, network devices, CCTV equipment, and other technical systems
Manage and monitor the company's CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system improvements
Oversee network infrastructure, internet connectivity, servers, Wi-Fi, LAN, and other IT infrastructure
Develop, modify, maintain, and improve internal systems, software applications, databases, and automation solutions based on business requirements
Ensure that all IT systems, hardware, software, and infrastructure are properly maintained and operational
Manage user accounts, system access, software installation, configuration, updates, and IT security requirements
Oversee data backup, system recovery, cybersecurity, and data protection measures
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, CCTV systems, network infrastructure, software, system documentation, maintenance activities, and project records
Establish and implement IT policies, procedures, standards, and security controls
Monitor the performance of both Technical and Systems Teams and provide guidance, training, and technical direction
Ensure timely resolution of IT concerns and provide escalation support for complex technical and system-related issues
Perform other IT-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
At least 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance
Knowledge and experience in CCTV installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Good understanding of computer networking, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, servers, and internet connectivity
Knowledge of software applications, database management, system administration, and system troubleshooting
Experience in system development or programming and the ability to create, modify, or oversee the development of company systems is highly preferred
