Ensure technology solutions comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate project, system, and business requirement documentation.
Provide senior management with insights on project progress, technology performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
Translate technology outcomes into clear business impact and recommendations.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Minimum Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning technology solutions with business strategies.
Experience in implementing and managing IT governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Hands‑on experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
Experience in aligning IT projects with organizational strategic goals and contributing to strategic planning processes.
Proven experience in effectively communicating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and services.
Understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM tools.
Understanding IT systems architecture and enterprise frameworks.
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and development tools.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Foundation
