Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, CRM, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and Mailchimp or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience managing websites and basic SEO.
• Experience creating, coordinating, and reporting on digital campaigns.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and project management skills.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to use marketing metrics to guide decisions.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries across digital channels and ensure timely, professional follow-up.
• Track and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain accurate lead information, activities, notes, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
• Monitor lead sources and campaign performance to determine what is generating quality enquiries.
• Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring information is accurate, organised, and up-to-date.
• Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated follow-up sequences using Mailchimp and/or other relevant platforms.
• Segment audiences and develop targeted email communications.
• Monitor email performance, including opens, clicks, engagement, and conversions.
• Implement CRM processes and workflows that improve follow-up and lead nurturing.
• Manage and maintain social media channels and content calendars.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across relevant platforms.
• Repurpose existing content into social posts, email content, website articles, videos, and other digital formats.
• Work with the wider team to identify stories, insights, and materials that can be turned into marketing content.
• Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to grow reach and awareness.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate awareness, enquiries, and leads.
• Assist with campaign strategy, audience targeting, content, landing pages, email marketing, and follow-up.
• Track campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on performance data where appropriate.
• Manage day-to-day website content updates and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Identify opportunities to improve website user experience and conversion.
• Support on-page SEO, keyword optimisation, metadata, internal linking, and content updates.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and performance using relevant analytics and SEO tools.
• Work to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website.
