Job summary

Kirkwood Development Corporation is seeking an IT Support trainee to provide assistance across multiple sites. You will help employees resolve IT issues, install and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals, and monitor networks and systems. Knowledge of CCTV setup is a plus.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and occasional travel to other company sites may be required to perform maintenance and support tasks. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS IT or Computer Science degree or related field.
• Familiarity with hardware, software, and basic troubleshooting.
• Basic networking, internet connectivity, and IT security knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees on IT-related concerns.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining company networks and IT systems.
• Assist with software updates, data backups, and IT security measures.
• Knowledge of CCTV camera installation, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and related documentation.
• Support company applications and assist users with system concerns.
• Willing to travel and be dispatched to other company sites or branches to perform IT maintenance, technical support, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and other IT-related duties as required.
• Basic Electrical Work: Wiring, installation, and basic troubleshooting (If needed)
