- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist with IT projects, including software upgrades, hardware installations, and network maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans.
