ALLDIGI TECH MANILA, INC. (AMI) is hiring an IT/Network Support role to provide first-line technical assistance, monitor servers and network devices, and perform installations and upgrades in our Market! Market!

BGC/ McKinley operation center. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and night shifts are expected for this position. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in IT or CS and is willing to work onsite with minimal IT experience, ready to learn and support day-to-day operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
• Willing to work onsite in Market! Market! BGC / McKinley, Taguig.
• Willing to work night shift.
• 0–1 year of IT experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide total quality support and immediate assistance to internal end-users.
• Manage, maintain and monitor company’s network infrastructures.
• Act as first level support to ensure 99% uptime of systems/equipment.
• Conduct repair and corrective maintenance of network facilities and equipment.
• Install and upgrade software/equipment in operation center.
• Author step-by-step troubleshooting and isolation procedures for network/systems problems.
• Monitor servers, routers, switches, email servers, and proxy servers.
• Set up network and email accounts for new employees.

Job description

I. General Responsibilities

• Provides total quality support and immediate assistance to internal end-users

• Manage, maintain and monitor company’s network infrastructures

• Act as a first level support to ensure 99% uptime of systems/equipment.

• Conduct repair and corrective maintenance of network facilities and equipment

• Perform installation and upgrades of software/equipment in the operation center

• Authored step by step procedure in trouble shooting and isolation of network/systems problems.
  

II. Specific Responsibilities

• Provides immediate support/assistance to end-users complain.

• Monitoring of servers, routers and switches

• Monitoring of email servers and proxy servers

• Monitoring of leased lines and trunk lines

• Set up Network and Email Account local station for new employee

• Act as a system administrator.

• Hard drive clean up on all work stations at operating center

• Perform updates on OS

• Provide assistance on management whenever there is schedule presentation with prospective clients

• Equipment inventory

III. Qualifications

• Must be Bachelor's Graduate of Information Technology / Computer Science or any related field

• Must be willing to work onsite in Market! Market! BGC / McKinley, Taguig

• Must be willing to work on night‑shift schedule

• With 0-1 year experience in IT
