Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and maintain LANs, WANs, and wireless networks; monitor performance and security; troubleshoot outages.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals; diagnose and resolve hardware failures.
• Provide technical support for software applications; assist users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Set up and configure workstations for new employees; assist in conference room setups and AV equipment; provide on-site support for events.
• Provide on-site and general technical support across the organization.

Job description

• Responsible for Network Management:
  >Configure, manage, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
  >Monitor network performance and ensure network security. >Troubleshoot network issues and outages, providing timely resolutions.

• Hardware Support:
  >Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  >Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Application Support:
  >Provide technical support for software applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. >Assist users with application-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• On-Site Support:
  >Set up and configure workstations for new employees, including hardware, software, and network connectivity. >Assist in the setup and maintenance of conference rooms, including audio/visual equipment.
  >Provide on-site support for company events, ensuring all IT requirements are met.
