Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Associate for a 6-month project in Metro Manila. The role supports the recruitment team through candidate sourcing, screenings, and coordination, delivering a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and at least one year in recruitment. IT/technical recruiting and MS Office proficiency are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in the related field or equivalent experience is preferred
• Good communication skills
• At least with one year of recruitment-related experience
• Willing to work for a 6-month project-based contract
• Willing to work on mid-shift (2 PM to 11 PM MNL)
• IT / Technical recruiting for BPO/Shared Service Centers or RPO experience is highly preferred
• Experience in MS applications (Outlook, Excel, MS Word) is strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supports the recruitment team in doing call-outs for non-volume hiring
• Ability to utilize related job boards for candidate sourcing
• Persuasively sells organization, role, and community to candidates
• Assesses candidates through screening questions, ensuring only qualified candidates are endorsed
• Focuses on a client-oriented recruiting process
• Creates positive candidate experience through problem-solution, immediate response to candidates’ need, and delivery of exceptional service to the candidate
• Supports the team in doing administrative tasks, interview scheduling and meeting coordination
• Updating trackers and tools as needed
• Performing other talent acquisition tasks as needed
