Job summary

TOPPAN Ecquaria Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an IT Project Manager (Application) to lead the development and deployment of our business applications. You will manage a team of business analysts and developers through the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment with client expectations.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement, with additional advantage for CITPM or PMP certification and knowledge of cloud

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in project management and 7 years IT experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• CITPM or PMP certification is a plus.
• Good understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and Java/.NET/Web tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of TOPPAN Ecquaria's solutions.
• Lead a team of business analysts and developers through the project life cycle.
• Manage each phase's scope, schedule, and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

IT Project Manager (Application)

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of TOPPAN Ecquaria's solutions and applications
• Manage and lead a team of business analysts and developers in the entire project development life cycle
• Manage each phase of the development life cycle and ensure that all tasks/objectives in each phase are met
• Manage the expectations of Stakeholders and Clients
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Accountable for the scope, schedule and resources used
• Manage and oversee the profit and loss of the project
• Involve in technical discussions with the software team to identity and resolve bottlenecks

Pre-requisites

• Computer Science background or equivalent
• At least 5 years' experience in project management and 7 years’ experience in IT with good problem analysis techniques (those with less experience may be considered for a junior position)
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong inter-personal relationship
• CITPM or PMP - Certified will be a huge added advantage
• Good understanding of Cloud Computing such as AWS or Azure and Java / .NET / Web technologies will be an added advantage
