Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex ICT initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, align objectives with clients, and ensure milestones meet scope, budget, and schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 4 years in IT project management, and strong networking, cloud, and cybersecurity knowledge. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proven planning, coordination, and time management skills.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Relevant IT and PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4, CITPM, or PMI-ACP.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, schedule, and user requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and project deliverables.
• Monitor resource utilization to support effective workforce planning and scheduling.
• Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope changes, requirement changes, schedule variances, technical issues, and resource constraints in accordance with established change control processes.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of project reports and documentation.
• Work closely with clients to achieve timely completion of contractual milestones and support billing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably managing mid-size to large-scale ICT projects.
