• Provide L1 technical support through installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues, manage warranties, and ensure IT compliance across operations.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and inventory of equipment, software, and reports to support transparency and efficiency.
• Support IT project implementation by coordinating requirements, monitoring progress, and assisting in site surveys and system testing.
• Pursue continuous learning and development through targeted training and participation as a Subject Matter Expert in IT initiatives.
