Job summary

iOPEX Technologies is hiring a Performance Excellence Lead/Manager for an on-site role in Taguig. You will oversee program management, IT service transitions, and training programs to drive performance excellence and smooth transitions within IT services.

Responsibilities include end-to-end transition planning, KPI/SLA tracking, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires strong communication, analytics, and stakeholder management to deliver value during transition and stabilization

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance management, transition management, or project delivery.
• Proven track record driving complex transitions and performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition planning and execution for new projects, services, or processes.
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs across transitioned services or teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for knowledge transfer and smooth handover.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation post-transition.
