Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks an IT Support & Service Administrator to act as the primary contact for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software, and coordinate IT assets and vendor management to keep systems stable.

You will handle incident and service requests via the ticketing system, support new joiners with hardware/software, assist with AV equipment, and collaborate with global IT teams to ensure smooth rollouts and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Networking basics relevant to IT incidents
• AV room setup and equipment handling

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all user support queries at the Service Desk
• Handle internal and external calls about IT incidents or service requests, including Google Workspace issues
• Document, notify, escalate, track, and follow up on incidents via the ticket management system
• Support new joiners with hardware/software packages and access credentials
• Conduct weekly checks on meeting room AV equipment
• Communicate system updates, maintenance, or rollouts to users
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global IT teams on issues and integration
• Manage hardware/software inventory lifecycle and asset tracking
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, quotes, and warranty claims
• Generate regular reports on ticket volumes, resolutions, and recurring incidents
