Job summary

BNP Paribas Solutions Philippines Branch is seeking an IT Workspace Support specialist focusing on non-trading Windows OS staff. You will provide break/fix support, assist business colleagues, and partner with regional Digital Working teams to ensure smooth IT service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in workplace support, strong O365 and AD skills, and familiarity with VDI environments. You will use ITSM tools and support Windows 11, devices, and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of workplace support (L1–L2) with mobile devices.
• Proficient in O365 user and mail profiles, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.
• Extensive understanding of Windows operating systems and security updates.
• Experience managing users and groups within Microsoft Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support at Levels 1 and 2.
• Support Windows 11 and related OS components.
• Assist with security updates and baseline configurations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets in AD.
• Provide desk-side and remote support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobiles.
• Utilize ITSM to track incidents, requests, and changes with SLAs.
