Job summary

Atos in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Helpdesk/Service Desk technician to join our support team and resolve incidents and service requests.

You will work with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking and VPN, and use ticketing tools to track incidents while communicating clearly with customers. Rotational shifts may be required; joining date is 7 September 2026.

Compensation includes a monthly salary of 220000 PHP plus benefits, with health coverage from day one.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Helpdesk / Service Desk / Technical Support.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking and VPN.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work shifts/rotational schedules, if required.
