Job summary
IT By Design, an MSP, is seeking qualified Service Desk professionals for a night shift onsite role in BGC, Taguig. You will deliver technical support to clients across the US, EMEA and Australia and maintain desktop OS and software applications.
The position requires hands-on AD knowledge, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Benefits include HMO, group life and pet insurance from day one, 13th month pay, shuttle service, subsidized meals, and a 10% night shift differential.
Qualifications
- 1 year and 9 months of relevant Service Desk/IT Helpdesk experience.
- Experience supporting clients in the US, EMEA, and Australia.
- Knowledge of desktop network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and IT helpdesk services to clients and customers in the US, EMEA, and Australia.

- Provide technical support and IT helpdesk services to clients and customers in the US, EMEA, and Australia
- Support desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis in a domain environment
- Troubleshoot desktop network connectivity issues
- Install and support Windows 10 applications, including Microsoft Office applications
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications
- Minimum of 1 year and 9 months of relevant Service Desk, Technical Support, or IT Helpdesk experience
- Experience supporting clients or customers in the US, EMEA, and Australia
- Knowledge of desktop network connectivity troubleshooting
- Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work onsite in BGC on a night-shift schedule
