IT By Design is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator in the Philippines to own escalations and troubleshoot server, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments across multiple customer networks.

You will work on Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and file services, with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V, and collaborate with senior engineers. Night shift, 100% onsite, with on-call rotation.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016–2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
• Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of Dell/HPE servers and SAN storage technologies.
• Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong networking fundamentals and PowerShell scripting skills.
• Relevant industry certification in Microsoft, VMware, Dell, NetApp, or CompTIA Network+.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work directly with US-based customers.
