Job summary

IT By Design is seeking a Systems Administrator in the Philippines to join its Technology Pillar and Infrastructure Management team. You will own escalations, troubleshoot Windows Server, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments across multiple customer networks.

You will monitor infrastructure health with RMM tools, develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, and collaborate with senior engineers to resolve recurring issues. Night shift and after-hours on‑call rotations apply.

In this role, you'll take ownership of technical escalations, troubleshoot business-critical infrastructure issues, and support server, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments across multiple customer networks.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and cloud infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support, preferably in an MSP environment.


• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server 2016–2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.


• Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Hyper‑V.


• Knowledge of Dell/HPE servers and SAN storage technologies.


• Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.


• Strong networking fundamentals and PowerShell scripting skills.


• Relevant industry certification in Microsoft, VMware, Dell, NetApp, or CompTIA Network+.


• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work directly with US‑based customers.


• MSP experience is a strong advantage.
