Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IT supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong technical background with IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking and support services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in IT operations management, including systems monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and risk management.
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and ticketing systems.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage IT team members, providing guidance, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily IT department operations including system maintenance and technical support delivery.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, systems and networks for optimal performance and availability.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to identify technology requirements and deliver IT solutions.
• Manage IT budget allocation, procurement and resource planning.
• Track and report on KPIs related to IT operations and uptime.
• Lead incident management and resolution processes.
