Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years of IT enterprise support or QSR/Retail IT support.
• ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of IT services and support across the company.
• Manage IT hardware, infrastructure, and security service delivery.
• Own incident, problem, and request fulfilment, plus support for business applications (e.g., POS, ERP, Office 365).
• Coordinate vendor activities and monitor SLAs.
• Produce BAU and ad hoc reports for management.
• Collaborate with country IT teams to standardize procedures and documentation.
