Job summary

Ajaia is hiring a Director of IT & Security to own internal IT operations, information security, and compliance across a multi-cloud, multi-country org. This hands-on leadership role will build systems and infrastructure that keep the company secure while driving automation.

You will own IT devices, access, and onboarding, plus security policies and incident response. As the role evolves, you may lead a small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Hands-on in IT ops and infrastructure management.
• Security operations and incident response experience.
• Cloud admin in GCP/Azure and multi-cloud.
• HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance experience.
• Identity management, RBAC, MFA knowledge.
• AI tools usage to automate operations.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Comfortable remote, autonomous work.
• Excellent audit preparation capability.
