Job summary

Ajaia, a rapidly growing AI consultancy, is hiring an Information Security Analyst to monitor and improve security across cloud infrastructure, internal systems, and compliance programs. You will work hands-on with security tools and AI-enabled workflows in a fully remote team.

This role covers monitoring, vulnerability management, access control, and incident response in a multi-cloud (GCP and Azure) environment, with emphasis on HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity/IT/CS.
• 2–4 years in information security, security operations or related fields.
• Experience with security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP and/or Azure) and IAM concepts.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Proficient with AI tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and improve the company's security posture across cloud and internal systems.
• Lead vulnerability management, access control enforcement, and incident response.
• Investigate alerts, validate controls, and support audit preparation.
• Prepare and maintain compliance evidence and documentation.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze logs, automate reporting, and accelerate tasks.
