Ajaia is seeking an IT Manager to act as the technical backbone of our AI-first operations in a fully remote role based in the Philippines. Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Infrastructure: Design and manage internal cloud environments and SaaS stacks optimized for AI development and deployment
• Security & Compliance: Implement and oversee rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary AI workflows and client data
• Operational Excellence: Automate internal business solutions and CRM/CMS platforms to minimize manual overhead
• AI Native Workflows: Use AI tools daily for network ideation, rapid troubleshooting, security variant creation, and QA support
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure technical alignment with company milestones
• Asset Management: Oversee procurement and maintenance of hardware/software assets for a global remote workforce
