Sercomm Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead the local IT team and oversee the company’s office and factory infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, security, and ERP systems.
The ideal candidate has a background in Computer Engineering/CS or related field, strong Windows administration skills, hands-on network experience, and at least seven years in IT leadership within multinational environments. Collaboration with global IT teams is essential.
Qualifications
Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
Proficient in the installation and configuration of Windows 11, Windows 10, MS Office O365, and Windows Servers
Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
At least 7 years’ experience in IT team management
Prior experience working in multinational companies with proficiency in English and access to personal transportation are preferred.
Obtain professional certificate priority (CCNP, H3CNE, VCP, MCSE, MCITP, RHCE, OCP, EMCSA)
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all aspects of IT infrastructure encompassing office systems, LAN/WAN networks, Internet access, security controls, structured cabling, and Wi-Fi networks (including MES, Fine Report, ERP systems).
Lead IT maintenance efforts for both office and factory production environments, including network switches, edge devices, and server room applications, ensuring maximum uptime and operational continuity.
Oversee implementation and management of ISO compliance documentation and procedures related to IT systems.
Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects while collaborating closely with global and local IT teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration.
Develop and execute project plans for IT headquarters initiatives, including report optimization and system enhancements.
Manage the local IT team with responsibility for resource planning, budgeting, daily task coordination, and routine system maintenance activities
