Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Scrum Master to build self-organized teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies in a hybrid work setup. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners to optimize backlogs and stakeholder delivery.

The role emphasizes Agile governance, delivery analytics, and continuous improvement, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment across IT and business units in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology delivery, business analysis, project delivery, product delivery or Agile environments.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator or Agile Coach supporting software delivery teams.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams, removing impediments and working with Product Owners.
• Knowledge of practices/processes that promote agility (Kanban, BDD, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD, XP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective take place and remain positive, productive and time-boxed.
• Coach team members on Scrum accountabilities, Agile principles, self-management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Help identify, track and remove impediments affecting progress or team effectiveness.
• Help the Product Owner/business stakeholders apply effective techniques for Product Goals (MVProadmap), backlog management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Promote adherence to the organizational Agile Playbook while adapting facilitation to team context.
• Help leaders and adjacent teams understand Scrum and remove barriers between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and delivery insights to support leadership discussions, planning, prioritization and continuous improvement.

About the job:

What you need to have:

• Minimum 5years of experience in technology delivery, business analysis, projectdelivery, product delivery or Agile environments.
• Minimum 3years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator or AgileCoach supporting software delivery teams.
• Demonstratedexperience facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams, removing impediments andworking with Product Owners.
• Knowledgeable in practices/processes that further promoteagility (Kanban, Behavior-Driven Development, Test-Driven development, DevOps,CI/CD, eXtreme Programming, etc.)
• Workingknowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent Agile delivery tools.
