Home Credit in Taguig City, Metro Manila, is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to oversee SAP-focused IT initiatives and align them with corporate strategy within budget.

You will manage a team of IT Business Analysts, Developers and SAP experts, promote agile practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape priorities and roadmaps.

The role requires deep SAP experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business terms while delivering on time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading teams that include SAP experts delivering IT solutions with SAP configurations.
• 5+ years delivering SAP solutions as an SAP Consultant – Functional or Technical.
• Experience in digital transformation projects including Open API usage.

About the job:

The IT Delivery Manager is in-charge of the delivery of initiatives supporting the corporate strategies, servicing different business units within the company and aligns them with our technological capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of current Finance and HR technologies including SDLC and IT infrastructure. The Manager should possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership skills to effectively manage these business and technology initiatives within timeline and budget.

What you will do:

• Managing daily activities of the assigned team that includes IT Business Analysts, Developers and SAP experts
• Ensure continuous improvement on team’s efficiency including capacity planning and people development in support of organizational goals
• Delivering the assigned task in the committed schedule, follow agile best practices
• Cooperates with other teams, evaluates business needs and understands business processes and provides end-to-end integrated design solutions.
• Collaborates with stakeholders in strategizing priorities and facilitating regular discussions including reporting
• Lead teams in the design, development, implementation, optimization, maintenance and troubleshooting of software programs and applications both 3rd party and in-house
• Effectively communicate with executives and stakeholders’ complex technical solutions in simple terms.
• Develop short-term and long-term strategies for developing scalable software, products and services ensuring that projects handled are delivered on time and meets quality standards and business objectives
• Research and development related to modern technologies including development of prototype
• Ensure proper documentation of functional and technical specifications of SAP requirements, system integration test cases.
• Leads and oversees the day-to-day tasks and deliverables of the team that includes SAP resources.
• Provide support in planning and ensuring successful execution of IT projects.
• Evaluates the impact, performance, and outcome of implemented SAP solutions.
• Lead support on project planning, POC assessment and other IT project initiatives.
• Manage audit requirements, governance, and vendor resources.
• Creates project blueprints that align with strategic initiatives of the company including roadmaps.
• Coordinates and oversees 3rd party and vendors in relation to IT solution partnerships
• Lead support on project planning, POC assessment and other IT project initiatives.

What you need to have

• At least 10 years’ experience in managing a team that includes SAP experts covering implementation, delivery or support of IT solutions including SAP configurations/customizations
• At least 5 years’ experience in delivering SAP solutions as SAP Consultant – Functional or Technical and/or involvement in SAP related projects from initiation to implementation in different set-up (in-house, out-sourcing etc).
• Experience in the digital journey of the customer and his transformation into online world including usage of Open API
