Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock in the Philippines seeks an IT Scrum Lead to drive Agile delivery, coach teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners on global projects.

This hybrid role facilitates Scrum events, maintains backlog with the Product Owner, and promotes Agile metrics while supporting continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. On-site in Quezon City 3 days/week with EST-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Scrum Foundation Certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe).
• Understanding of Agile metrics and analytics.
• Effective communication and risk mitigation skills.

This role offers an opportunity to drive Agile delivery and foster collaboration within cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications

Shift Schedule

Fixed Schedule - 8am to 5pm EST.

Work set-up

3-day work on site per week in Quezon City.
