Manulife is seeking a Risk Governance & Oversight Specialist to support GWAM Information Risk Management in delivering governance, risk indicators, vulnerability management, and strategic change initiatives. You will translate findings into clear management reporting and dashboards, leveraging analytics and BI to improve risk visibility.

The role emphasizes data analysis, Excel/Power BI proficiency, and effective communication with business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to collect, reconcile, analyze, and report complex data with accuracy.
• Excel pivot tables and data analysis; experience with BI tools like Power BI.
• Interest in automation and responsible use of AI tools to improve processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain risk in business terms.
• Consulting, decision-making, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; meet reporting deadlines.
• Work independently; adapt to changing technology; collaborate in a global team.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written.
• Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City).
• Amenable to a hybrid setup (3x onsite).
• Amenable to shift schedules (night shift, flexible).

Responsabilités

• Support governance and oversight activities across information risk, KRI, vulnerability management, and change programs.
• Translate enterprise standards into practical actions; monitor control compliance.
• Monitor vulnerability scans, asset health, remediation progress and reporting; coordinate resolution.
• Collect, validate, organize data from multiple sources to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop metrics, reports, Power BI dashboards, data-flow diagrams, and presentations.
• Communicate status, risks, issues, dependencies, and remediation clearly to stakeholders.
• Partner with teams to assess risk, clarify evidence requirements, and support remediation.
• Provide guidance and training on security controls, compliance, vulnerability management, and governance.
• Maintain policies, procedures, reporting solutions, and governance docs for audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve governance and reporting, including use of AI where appropriate.
