Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience within financial services or shared services.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and publishing Power BI dashboards, including data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience gathering business requirements, supporting UAT activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and delivering insights.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, data modelling, and reporting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions to support Asia Credit and Front Office decision-making.
• Transform and automate manual reporting processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Perform complex data analysis, data mapping, data profiling, and data quality reviews to ensure reliable reporting outputs.
• Support business initiatives through requirements gathering, process analysis, UAT coordination, project tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Prepare presentations, status updates, process maps, and reporting materials that provide actionable business insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and data governance best practices.
• Act as a reporting checker and support complex ad hoc reporting requests while partnering with Front Office stakeholders on operational and reporting matters.
