Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Investment Operations, financial services, business management, project coordination, analytics, process improvement, or transformation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering analysis, reporting, process documentation, or project workstream outputs.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate scorecards, dashboards, and management information for governance discussions.
• Coordinate governance forums: agendas, minutes, action logs, and records.
• Lead or coordinate workstreams from requirements through adoption and post-implementation review.
• Analyze end-to-end processes, data flows, and controls for improvement opportunities.
• Build Power BI dashboards, Excel models, automated reports, and low-code workflows.
• Support stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Compliance with issue resolution and continuous improvement.
