Job summary

PCWORX IT Solutions in Angeles, Pampanga is seeking a driven sales professional with IT industry experience to generate leads, conduct product presentations, and convert prospects into customers. You will build relationships, coordinate proposals, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining accurate client records.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, at least 1 year of IT sales experience, and is ready to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree graduate in IT or Business.
• 1 year experience as Sales in IT Industry.
• Amenable to work in Angeles, Pampanga.
• Can start Immediately.

Responsibilities

• Generates leads through telemarketing, on line searches, network, fieldwork.
• Compiles lead information into the Corporate Account Database.
• Assess potential of prospected accounts by determining sales potential, volume requirements, future purchases, etc. of assigned prospective accounts.
• Provides sound recommendation on sales strategy on approaching a target account.
• Schedules and conducts product presentations and demonstrations to clients as needed.
• Ensure that prospective accounts in the Database are updated with complete information after first client call.
• Prepares accurate proposals to address client’s specific needs, with options to upgrade.
• Address negotiation concerns of clients and offer other options, if necessary.
• Process sales order (SO) upon confirmation from client
• Ensure on time and accurate delivery of every client order
• Conduct after sales service by soliciting feedback from our clients regarding your latest sales transaction and delivery
• Monitoring of movement of consumables of handled accounts and suggest proper stocking to clients
• Handles client complaints and ensures all client requests and issues are addressed
