Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from calibration with clients and hiring managers to onboarding.

The role requires sourcing, interviewing, and extending job offers, with a hybrid work setup (3 days in office, 2 days from home) and a focus on IT staffing.

You'll build strong client relationships to grow the business and ensure adherence to SLAs, while supporting candidates through their career journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• End to end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and job offers are required.
• 3 or more years' IT recruitment experience, preferably in local IT staffing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end to end recruitment from client calibration to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and extend job offers.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and managers.
• Build relationships with clients to grow the business.
• Assist in feedback collection and contract extensions.

• Perform end to end recruitment from calibration with clients and hiring managers, research, sourcing, functional and technical assessment, phone and face to face interviews, job offer/ negotiation and on-boarding

• Assist the recruitment team in filling internal and external manpower needs with adherence to agreed SLAs and turn-around-time.

• Promote social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn and other related social media networking sites.

• Manage interview schedules and acts as coordinator between the candidate and hiring manager.

• Develop relationships with clients to maximize and proactively grow the business.

• Assist in requesting for feedback and evaluation, as well as preparation of extension or cancellation of contract of deployed employees

• Build and maintain strong rapport with the candidates, as well as in-depth understanding of their short-term and long-term career goals.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): end to end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, job offer.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as an I.T. Recruiter., preferably in local IT Staffing.

• Applicants must be amenable to a hybrid work set-up (3 days office based, 2 days work from home).
