Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of experience as a full-time Project Manager directly managing project teams.

• Strong experience in the financial services industry.

• Solid knowledge of project management frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban.

• Experience managing at least two large-scale projects:

  • Duration exceeding 1 year

  • Team size of 30+ members

  • Budget exceeding USD 5 Million

• Strong experience in:

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Planning & Scheduling

  • Risk & Issue Management

  • Scope & Requirements Management
