Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (On-site). The role requires 10–15 years of full-time PM experience in financial services and familiarity with PMP, Waterfall and Agile methods.

You will identify and control project financials and risks, manage senior stakeholders, and align with business sponsors to deliver modules on time. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the project kick-off process, securing resources with the sponsor.
• Identify, log and escalate issues; manage risks and resolutions.
• Manage scope changes and update project plans accordingly.
• Assist in vendor selection and ongoing vendor management for projects.
• Deliver projects end-to-end and document lessons learned.

Job description

• Must be willing to work On-site in Makati city

• At least 10-15 years of experience as a full-time project manager in financial services.

• Conversant with different project management frameworks or methodologies such as PMP, Waterfall and Agile.

• Identify, manage and control project financials, risk and issues.

• Experience in managing senior stakeholders in C levels.

• Assists in prioritization of IT projects as part of the business planning/ demand planning cycle for the Units

• Align with the BTS project manager on the overall business outcomes for the modules and delivery timelines

• Manages the kick-off process ensuring all necessary resources are available in conjunction with business sponsor and that a robust project plan is in place.

• Identifies and logs project issues; Oversees the resolution process; and escalates issues when necessary

• Manages, when necessary, re-scopes the projects and updates project plan accordingly

• Manages the project closure ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented; and relevant lessons learned/ case studies are developed

• Well versed in using Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Kanban, Confluence)

• Assists in selecting and on-going management of vendors/ suppliers for supporting selected projects

• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
