Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced Product Owner to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal IT applications and digital solutions that support business operations. You will collaborate with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and maintain the product backlog based on business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, project management, or a similar IT role.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
