Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to translate business requirements into ERP solutions. You will configure, implement, and support ERP modules, ensuring alignment with processes and policies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document specifications, train users, and support UAT. The ideal candidate has a degree and at least 2 years of ERP experience with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• At least 2 years ERP consulting or similar experience.
• Experience implementing ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.

• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and ensure optimal system performance and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams, translating them into functional ERP solutions.
• Configure, implement, and support ERP modules while ensuring alignment with business processes, organizational policies, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy ERP enhancements and system integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and ensure optimal system performance and user adoption.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience implementing or supporting ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, ERP configuration, system testing, and software implementation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
