Job summary

HRTX IT PMO Senior Analyst (Business Analyst) in the Philippines is responsible for analyzing current workflows, capturing requirements, and supporting transformation initiatives. You will bridge business needs with technology solutions and ensure PMO standards are met.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, producing gap analyses, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, conduct research, model processes, and define clear business and technical requirements.
• CBAP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process owners to gather, analyze, and document workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Develop gap analysis reports to support transformation projects aligned with business goals.
• Support project management activities: planning, tracking, reporting, and ensuring timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and discussions to validate requirements and scope.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess solutions and drive process improvements.
• Maintain PMO documentation to align with standards and support governance.
