Job summary

HRTX IT PMO Senior Analyst (Business Analyst) in the Philippines is responsible for analyzing current workflows, capturing requirements, and supporting transformation initiatives. You will bridge business needs with technology solutions and ensure PMO standards are met.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, producing gap analyses, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, conduct research, model processes, and define clear business and technical requirements.
• CBAP certification or equivalent preferred.

• Develop comprehensive gap analysis reports to support evaluation and decision-making for transformation projects that align with both business requirements and organizational goals.
• Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders to validate requirements, clarify objectives, and define scope.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess potential solutions, propose process improvements, and contribute to the implementation of automation or system enhancements.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with PMO standards to support governance and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops, conduct research, model processes, and define clear business and technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of both business operations and technology solutions, with the ability to bridge gaps between the two.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Preferably holds a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
