Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking an IT Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and process analysis for technology initiatives. You will collaborate with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams to document business needs and ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of IT BA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Azure DevOps. Onsite work with potential hybrid flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably supporting enterprise applications or technology projects.
Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, system implementation, and SDLC methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for technology initiatives.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and digital solutions.
Develop BRDs, functional specs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT projects.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with objectives.
Support system implementation activities, including UAT, change management, user training, and post-deployment support.
