Job summary

HRTX is seeking an IT Business Analyst in the Philippines to collect information from process owners and document pain points. You will develop gap analysis to help identify transformation projects aligning with owner requirements and firm goals.

The role requires at least 3 years in IT Business Analysis or a related field, strong business-technical understanding, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, and CBAP is preferred.

Qualifications

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT Business Analysis or related field.
Skilled in facilitating, researching, modeling, and defining requirements.
Strong understanding of both business and technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
CBAP is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Collect information from designated process owners and record all identified pain points.
Develop a gap analysis document to support the team in evaluating the most suitable transformation project that aligns with both the process owner's requirements and the firm's objectives.
