Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an IT PMO Lead to mature the IT Project Management Office and its core disciplines. The role reports into IT Steering Committee and aims to standardize governance, prioritization, and measurement across Run, Grow, and Transform initiatives.

You will establish consistent methods for reporting and accountability across IT functions. Based in Metro Manila, the successful candidate will own the KPI framework, engage with global stakeholders, and drive governance cadence, capacity

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT project/program management with PMO exposure.
• Experience leading PMO, portfolio management, or governance functions.
• Demonstrated ability to standardize project governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own IT PMO governance and standardize project attributes and review cadences.
• Maintain a consolidated view of IT projects across Run/Grow/Transform.
• Manage demand through a governed front door and Jira portal.
• Define and report IT KPIs across multiple dimensions.
• Support governance cadences and prepare materials for ITSC and boards.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Architecture, Infra, and Security teams.
• Couple capacity planning with funding and prioritization decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in PMO maturity.
