Qualifications

• Experience with IT PMO governance and SDLC compliance.
• Experience in management reporting and KPI metrics.
• Knowledge of CMMI and PAG standards.
• Ability to coordinate with upper management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance processes and monitor IT project objectives.
• Create visibility on project performance for upper management.
• Manage PMO cadences – reviews with upper management.
• Provide analytical thinking and leadership to enable issue resolution.
• Develop PMO materials, templates, and lessons learned.
• Ensure adherence to local and group project standards.
• Collaborate with Local BU Finance and Group Governance for compliance reporting.
• Maintain PMO knowledge database and drive process improvements.
• Work with IT Leadership to manage project risks and performance.
• Coordinate annual/quarterly OKR planning and reviews.
• Highlight risks to upper management in a timely manner.
