Job summary

Esusu Inc. is seeking an IT Manager (PH) to lead IT operations and security for a remote-first, Philippines-based team. You will own the IT roadmap, oversee end-user computing, and coordinate with Information Security, Risk, and Engineering to support compliance objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations and/or infrastructure in a cloud-native environment.
• 3+ years leading IT teams or MSPs.
• Experience supporting a distributed or remote-first workforce.
• Hands-on with modern SaaS-first IT stacks and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and ensure secure, reliable services for a remote workforce.
• Own IT roadmap and operate in partnership with the VP of IT and Security.
• Manage vendor relationships with Digiss and MSPs; monitor SLAs and performance.
• Oversee service desk, device lifecycle, MDM/EDR, and core SaaS platforms.
