IMSE is seeking a Software Engineer to join a tight-knit technology team. This full-time, remote role in the Philippines focuses on relieving senior developers of maintenance tasks and internal tool management so the team can scale strategic projects.

Responsibilities include customer communications, data entry, and collaboration with departments to resolve issues, while maintaining IMSE's mission and values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Equivalent work experience (2 years).
• Professional and courteous telephone voice; ability to assist clients over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and embody IMSE's mission and core values in daily tasks.
• Correspond with customers by telephone and email to provide information and solutions about products and services.
• Data entry; keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions taken.
• Accurately record PO to customer transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Perform various administrative duties involving IMSE's internal system.
• Discuss aspects of IMSE with interested clients.
• Handle additional tasks as requested by management.
