Job summary

Esusu Financial seeks an IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations for a global, remote-first workforce. You will own the IT roadmap, manage an operations team, and partner with Security to ensure SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance while coordinating with external vendors.

Key responsibilities include managing devices, SaaS platforms, runbooks, and incident response, enabling secure, reliable business applications across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations/infrastructure in a high-growth, cloud-native environment.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing IT teams or MSPs.
• Ownership of IT service delivery for a distributed/remote workforce.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS-first IT stacks: Identity & SSO, Collaboration, Endpoint management (MDM/EDR), ITSM tools.
• Strong understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST-aligned controls.
• Proven ability to manage vendors/MSPs and negotiate SLAs.
• Excellent communication, translating tech constraints for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user computing lifecycle and standard baselines, including MDM/EDR configuration.
• Oversee service desk processes for a global, remote workforce.
• Administer and standardize core SaaS platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, HRIS, financial systems).
• Maintain IT runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
• Partner with VP of IT & Security to operationalize security controls and support SOC 2/ISO 27001.
• Own vendor relationships and monitor SLAs with Digiss and other IT vendors.
