Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
• Experience in managing IT support teams and service delivery processes.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco credentials.

Your Role:

As an IT Manager, you will:

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management
• Experience in managing IT support teams and service delivery processes
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred skills/expertise

• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management
• Experience managing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or similar platforms)
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco credentials
