Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Project Manager in the Philippines to lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, coordinating developers, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders. The role emphasizes managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality to achieve project objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT project management, a solid grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, and strong communication and leadership skills. Hybrid/remote-friendly setup supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar roles.
Strong experience managing software development, infrastructure, or enterprise IT projects.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
Define project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders.
Track project progress, manage dependencies, and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation, governance, and adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
