Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management seeks an IT Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations. This role ensures the availability, security, and performance of IT services while leading IT projects, managing technical teams, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting or managing IT operations within the BPO industry is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience managing Windows/Linux servers, networks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, virtualization, and IT service management.
• Experience leading IT projects and managing vendors and technology budgets.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, networks, servers, and end-user support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff, ensuring effective team performance and continuous professional growth.
• Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.
• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring systems comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure high system availability.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology procurement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology needs and recommend solutions that support organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and IT governance standards.
