Job summary

biyaheko.ph is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the company’s entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, and cloud services. You will drive uptime, security, and performance across all business systems.

You will supervise hardware/software maintenance, administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, manage IT budgets, lead digital transformation projects, coordinate with vendors, and provide guidance to all departments to support growth and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
Minimum of 5 years IT experience with at least 23 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, networks, internet connectivity, and cloud services.
Ensure maximum uptime, security, and performance of all business systems.
Supervise installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software.
Administer Microsoft 365, company email accounts, user access, and Active Directory.
Maintain and monitor company websites, domains, hosting services, SSL certificates, and online platforms.
Manage travel reservation systems, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), CRM platforms, and other operational applications.
Oversee CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and IP/PBX telephone systems.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including antivirus protection, firewalls, data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Lead IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and system improvements to support business growth.
Provide technical support and guidance to all departments.
Coordinate with third-party vendors, internet service providers, software providers, and technology partners.
Manage IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranties, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Prepare and manage the annual IT budget while ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Prepare regular reports on system performance, IT projects, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives for senior management.
