Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Information Systems and Technology Manager to lead planning, implementation, and management of the company’s IT infrastructure and operations. You will align technology with business goals, drive security, scalability, and efficiency across systems, networks, and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise environments.
• Strong background in IT project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, ITIL, NIST).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify technology needs and recommend solutions.
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation with timely delivery and budgeting.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and applications.
• Ensure stability, scalability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure.
• Manage cloud platforms, virtualization, and other solutions for efficiency.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Oversee cybersecurity practices and data protection measures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Manage development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications.
• Oversee IT support services and service quality.
• Mentor and manage the IT team and vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage IT budget and cost-control measures.
• Maintain IT policies and system documentation.
